Cel Durant
Cel got used to working very hard early in life as he grew up on his family's dairy farm in Wyoming. He came to California in the 1970's and attended Santa Barbara City College and the University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned a degree in Business Economics. Cel began working in real estate in the late 1980's and enjoys the diverse challenges of the job. He has two sons ages 18 and 21 who attend high school and college in the area, a daughter age 27 who lives in Sonoma County. He enjoys cooking, football, computers and spending time with his family.
Susan Carpenter
Susan grew up in the small town of Beacon, New York which is located about 60 miles north of New York City in the scenic Hudson River Valley. She earned a degree in French and English from the University of New York at Albany and enjoyed living in France during her junior year. Susan moved to California in the late 1970's and starting working in real estate in the early 1990's. She has two sons ages 13 and 16 who attend junior high and high school in the area. She enjoys reading, water aerobics, gardening and spending time with her family.
